ARTICLE-2. SUBJECT
The subject of this contract is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale of the products / services offered by the seller electronically and the purchase of these products / services by the buyer.
ARTICLE-3. ORDER
The buyer agrees to purchase the products / services offered by the seller by placing an order electronically. All details regarding order, payment and delivery are carried out under this contract.
ARTICLE-4. PAYMENT AND PRICE
The product / service price is charged according to the payment method specified by the buyer during the order. The seller reserves the right to change the prices and has the obligation to announce the changes in advance.
ARTICLE-5. DELIVERY
The product / service is delivered electronically or physically to the address specified by the buyer. Delivery time may vary depending on the nature of the order and the location of the buyer.
ARTICLE-6. CANCELLATION AND RETURN
The buyer can perform the cancellation or return of the product / service purchased in accordance with the conditions specified by the seller. The details of the return or cancellation process are carried out in accordance with the return policy determined by the seller and announced on www.yolcugemisi.com.
ARTICLE-7. VALIDITY OF THE CONTRACT
This contract becomes valid as soon as it is approved electronically by the buyer and the parties are deemed to have accepted the contract electronically.
ARTICLE-8. DISPUTE SITUATIONS
In case of disputes between the parties, the laws of the Republic of Turkey shall apply and the central courts of ISTANBUL shall be competent.
ARTICLE-9. OTHER PROVISIONS
This agreement has been drawn up to determine the rights and obligations of the parties. The parties agree to comply with the provisions of the contract.
NOTICES
The 3rd and 4th person in the cabin is accommodated with a bunk bed or a pull-out sofa (sofa) in the cabin, but the additional beds do not have the comfort of a fixed bed. The passenger accepts these conditions.
The field meeting time of the passengers will be at the airport at least 3 hours before the flight departure time for flight packages and at the port of departure at least 6 hours before the ship departure time for ship cabin reservations only.
Sales agencies are not authorised to collect international exit fee stamps.
In charter flights, there is a risk of time change and delay up to 24 hours in advance. The passenger has purchased the tour by accepting this risk.
When flight tickets are purchased with a round-trip reservation number (PNR), if the departure flight is not used by the customer for any reason, the return flights will be automatically cancelled in accordance with the airline rules.
Cabin blockage is not guaranteed.
There is an obligation to pay overnight gratuity in ship companies. If the guest has not purchased a package tour including tips, he/she must pay the tip amount requested by the ship company on the last day of the tour. You can learn this amount from your agency.
Depending on the rules of the ship company or the ship, underage customers may not be able to benefit from the service without a parent or legal guardian. In this case, the cancellation conditions specified in Article 6 of this contract will come into effect.
In terms of overseas and K.K.T.C. tours, the inability to enter and exit some countries due to diplomatic relations between countries, the inability to obtain a visa or pass through the border gate is outside the responsibility of the Package Tour Organiser and the Agency and the parties accept this situation.
TOTAL FEE:
PAYMENTS ARE MADE IN CASH OR BY CREDIT CARD, TAKING INTO ACCOUNT THE EXCHANGE RATES VALID IN THE SALES SYSTEM OF THE AGENCY ON THE DATE OF PAYMENT.

COMMERCIAL ELECTRONIC TRANSMISSION CONFIRMATION
The CUSTOMER consents to be informed about the brands operated by SEA GENESIS GROUP TURIZM DENİZCİLİK A.Ş. (lookbeds.com, cruise724.com, tatil724.com etc.) and its suppliers and the services, advertisements, announcements, campaigns and activities of the organisations it cooperates with; and to share commercial electronic messages/sms etc. with SEA GENESIS GROUP TURIZM DENİZCİLİK A.Ş. through the communication channels notified to SEA GENESIS GROUP TURIZM DENİZCİLİK A.Ş. in accordance with Law No. 6563. If the CUSTOMER wishes to cancel his/her consent, he/she will notify this situation to the communication channels of SEA GENESIS GROUP in these channels and SEA GENESIS GROUP will terminate the information.
